Can you make my site suit my current branding?

YES! This is no problem, simply provide us with your company logo and any other material you have had designed (ie your company stationery or marketing material) and we can make your web site fit in nicely!

Changes to my site in the future.

We understand that the information on your web site may need updating every now and then, some more than others.  The charge made for this is done on an hourly rate and can be quoted on before we carry out the work, simply let us know what you like doing and we will quote, usually most text and image changes can be done within an hour.  Our current hourly rate is £20.00 If you want extra pages the current rate is £30 per page

What about Images for the website

No problem! We can provide stock photography for your web site and we can also use images provided by yourself. Please inform us of what images you require on each page in your initial text document. There maybe a small extra charge for stock images, a maximum of three stock images are included  free with this package. Please enquire if you require more.

What about Web Standards & Search Engine Optimisation?

All our new web sites are built to W3C web standards for better search engine optimisation. When having your site built if you would like us to aim to get good results on a certain search term for your site (for example “mansfield cleaners”) please inform us and we will bring this in to mind when building your site.

What are your turnaround times?

This can vary depending on our current workload, please feel free to e-mail us for current turnaround times. But for for our 1-5 page packages we aim for 2 weeks.

What is the process when purchasing a website?

Our web site packages are built using the following work flow:

1. We collect your web site text/images, contact details and invoice details for the domain registration and general admin purposes.

 

2. We set up your hosting and Domain Names along with your e-mail addresses so these can be used whilst we are designing the site.

 

3. We start the outer site design and present you with the design preview for checking.

 

4. We make any changes you require and start to turn the design in to a web site.

 

5. The web site is completed and passed to the client for the final check.

 

6. We make any remaining changes you require.

 

7. Final testing is carried out on all major web browsers .

 

8. The web site is completed and made live!
