Athena Design's maintenance and support plans cover everything from regular updating of of content to file backups and website problem solving.
If you are having issues with your e-Commerce site e.g. links not working, website is down or simply want to have the reassurance of support, you will need to purchase an e-commerce support plan as it covers far more.
Alternatively you can purchase support time by the hour.
We will let you know when you reach 30 minutes of time remaining on your support plan. All plans include time not used carried over for one month.
